Steps to Reproduce

1. I was watching a video from the web browser in PIP mode and closed it as soon as the match started.
2. I possibly pressed 'Tab' and clicked.

Explanation

[survivor/PC] character cannot run despite holding shift, it staggered instead of running, also when I tried to repair gen it just stopped and didn't progress. I was just stuck in the motion of reparing. I couldn't attach the video since it's too big, I will upload it in other ways.
