Steps to Reproduce

1. Get a skill check at the same time as you leave a gen
2. Immediately switch to a toolbox with a brand-new part

Explanation

Skill check bug. When I got off a gen, a skill check appeared. I then went back to the gen and used my toolbox to install a brand-new part. The skill check for the brand-new part never came. After a short duration on the gen, the brand-new part was consumed without me being able to use it.
