Steps to Reproduce
- Launch game
- wait approximately 8 minutes
- game freezes
Explanation
The game freezes, even when I just let it sit at the main menu, after approximately 8 minutes.
This requires that I do a hard reboot. The issue has been occurring since the post 2v8 update. I
have tried verifying the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, have run diagnostics on my system, reduced graphic quality, turned off background applications, every other game in my library runs fine without any issue, it is only DBD that has caused this problem for some reason.
I reinstalled my operating system from scratch as a last ditch effort, and only installed the updated NVIDIA graphics driver, and DBD. The same freezing issue is occurring. Any suggestions would be most welcome!
