Explanation
Recently, a large number of AMD 7 series CPU users have Suffered system-wide freezes (crashes) while playing games. We are now clearly pointing out to your technical staff that the problem stems from your recent adjustments and changes to EAC. This is a compatibility issue with the Ryzen 7945HX / Lenovo Legion R9000P platform caused by recent EAC updates, EAC kernel driver changes, or related operational mechanisms.
Please immediately escalate this issue to the EAC / Anti-Cheat development team.
Don't reply with b******* like this:
Reinstalling the game
Verifying game files
Reinstalling EAC
Update GPU driver
Update Windows (don't f****** tell me to update Windows)
These actions are absolutely useless in solving the problem.
!!! The most important thing is to immediately submit this issue as a high-priority compatibility issue to the engineering team responsible for the EAC kernel driver, instead of leaving it at the level of regular customer service.
Please investigate and release a fix, rollback of the problematic EAC update, or provide an official temporary solution as soon as possible.
This issue has already caused a large number of affected users to be unable to run multiple games normally. Please do not wait until more users experience system crashes before taking action.
