Immediate Disconnection After Using Undergate on Survivors Near Generators

Actual Result:	When approaching a survivor on or near a generator in the upside-down as The First. I believe that both times (2/4 games I have played as him) this has happened, the survivor has been injured and on 2 hook states (if I remember the first instance correctly). Using the undergate to down them while they are interacting with or near a generator that has progress on it causes immediate disconnection from the game.
Expected Result:	The First should be able to down a survivor near a generator with undergate without getting disconnected from the game.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I have taken a clip from the second time this happened and it perfectly replicates the way it happened in the first instance. It was not on Hawkins however, it was on one of the Macmillan map variants (Coal Tower specifically).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter Worldbreaker as The First.
2. Approach injured survivor while in the upside down (both times this has happened, the survivor has been on or near a generator).
3. Use undergate attack on survivor, with the generator within the AoE.
4. This causes immediate disconnection from the match.

Explanation

As The First, using the Undergate attack near a survivor that is either working on or near a generator causes the killer to immediately disconnect from the game.

I have played 6 games of this killer now, and it has happened three times. I approached the two survivors that this happened with (Dustin in the first game, Eleven in the second game, Nancy and Alan Wake in the third);
Edit: I originally though it may be something to do with hook states, but after the third instance that seems to be unrelated.

Attacking the survivor (with Undergate specifically) while they are working on or near a generator simply causes immediate disconnection. I have attached a screenshot of the error code and also a video clip of this happening.

Edit:
I have just had it happen for a third time, again using undergate on survivors in proximity to a generator, but both were uninjured and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with hook states either.
