Explanation
Deerstalker Reveals Random Survivor Despite Zero Chase Times
When all survivors have zero chase time (i.e. at the start to the match), a random survivor's aura is shown when Deerstalker activates every 30 seconds. The survivor is not necessarily the obsession. The same survivor is shown every 30 seconds until they gain chase time, even when multiple survivors have the same (zero) chase time.
Since the perk is intended to show the survivor with the "lowest" chase time, the perk should only be activating when at least 3 of the survivors have chase time that is more than zero.
This issue has been present since the perk was reworked in 9.2.0.
