Actual Result:	Bugged and clipping hair, skirt missing alpha texture and both the front and the back of the skirt is bugged leading to severe clipping issues
Expected Result:	The dress moves properly accorded to real life physics, the hair moves normally and the skirt is complete.

Steps to Reproduce

1. These issues are immediately apparent once you look at the skin

Explanation

Feng mings Fire moon player skin has an awkward hair length resulting in it clipping through her neck. Her skirt is also bugged as the two back parts of it are stiff and dont move at all, resulting in the skirt having jelly physics and clipping badly. The front part of the skirt appears to not be complete, as you can see her skin (im not sure if this is on purpose) by reproducing this glitch you only need to walk around as the skin is ALWAYS bugged.
