Steps to Reproduce

1. Use any Boon perk and stand within its AOE

Explanation

Survivor Boon perk overlay is pixelated and low quality. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the blue vignette effect is from 1998 and looks absolutely horrible, regardless of the selected graphics settngs.
