Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a build mainly utilizing residual manifest, chamber of light, flashbangs and blast mines and a flashlight.
  2. Observe that no matter what perks or items are removed, the flashbangs count Gen progress.
  3. Notice that no prompt is given to create a flashbang in a locker.
  4. Attempt to press different buttons but observe that nothing happens.

Explanation

Flashbangs count Gen progress to charge but aren't giving a prompt to allow me to create any.
