2. Observe the hem of the skirt's front panel in the lobby.

Explanation

The "Satin Skirt" leg piece from the Claudette Morel outfit "Winter Gala" has broken physics on the front panel of the skirt. Visually, it looks like a corner of the skirt's hem is "glued" to her leg. This bug is even present in the cosmetic thumbnail. While minor, this is an issue that affects a $10 cosmetic. This is a relatively recent bug that I believe arose during The Walking Dead chapter release.
