Additional Notes & Comments:	I have to test if this perk's bug extends to being healed from injured to healthy to see if this event is exclusive to being healed from deep wound to injured.

Steps to Reproduce

Hop into a locker while in deep wound
Wait to be healed out of deep wound
Exit locker and notice the perk icon does not become dull

Explanation

Based off the perk icon's behavior, Inner Strength's icon is supposed to go dull after being healed by this perk. Since the perk icon does not go dull after being healed by the perk, I don't know if the perk still remains active or if it's a visual bug.
