Steps to Reproduce

1. Play against The Judgement
2. Repair generator with Potential Energy active
3. Have Judgement's terror radius on the survivor (You may not even need this)
4. The Potential Energy tokens will freeze
5. Get off and back on the generator to reset the perk
6. Tokens will go up until terror radius returns

Explanation

When using the perk "Potential Energy" against The Judgement, the token timer freezes and you stop gaining stacks. You have to either get off and back on the generator OR you have to use the ones you have to reset the perk and then it just happens again. I have only noticed this in games against The Judgement.
