Explanation

Hello, DBD administration. My problem is that I received a mistaken ban for 3 days. This happened on 09.09.2026 at 14:00 Moscow time. I was just playing, and suddenly I was kicked out of the game and it said my account was blocked for insults, but this is a complete mistake.I didn’t write anything negative in the chat, or it could have been someone else who was playing from my account. Please consider my appeal. I would be grateful if you unbanned me for this erroneous ban due to the addition of a new anti‑cheat system.
