Steps to Reproduce

1. Down a Survivor affected with heresy
2. Attempt to send the Survivor to exile
3. The survivor DCs before during the animation

Explanation

When playing as the judgement if a player disconnects while in the animation for sending to exile, the bot that spawns in will be downed and invisible with zero hook states.
