Explanation
I'm trying to appeal a permanent ban that happened immediately after an Easy Anti-Cheat "failed to resume" error in a Dead by Daylight match. I was playing Judgement Killer on Steam, got a black screen, and was then permantley uspended.
I've already submitted an appeal, but the support process redirects me to EAC, where I can only enter a reference ID. There is no way to explain the incident or speak to a real person.
How am I supposed to get a manual review of a potentially false ban if the appeal system doesn't let me provide any context? I genuinely did nothing wrong and would like someone to investigate the anti-cheat failure and my suspension.
