I have only encountered this issue once so I can't verify its reproducibility (though I have not played Nurse on the map since I found this issue so I can't verify that it ISN'T reproducible either)

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as The Nurse
- Play on the Nostromo Wreckage map
- Try Blink directly left of the right-hand side ramp leading up to the ship
Explanation
Stuck in map geometry on Nostromo Wreckage, on the left-hand side of the right-hand side ramp leading up to the ship, after using Blink as Nurse
