DLC Characters Not Syncing Across Platforms Except Those Bought with Auric Cells

Actual Result:	Cosmetics, perks and levels are synced but the "unlocked" status of DLC characters is not achieved
Expected Result:	DLC characters are unlocked on all platforms due to cross-progression syncing

Additional Notes & Comments:	The same is true vice-versa, DLCs that I unlocked on Epic Games are not unlocked on Microsoft Windows (Xbox PC)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy addons on Microsoft Windows (Xbox PC) for Dead By Daylight
2. Set up cross-progression between your Microsoft Windows and Epic Games Accounts
3. Open the game through Epic Games
4. Check to see if you have unlocked those DLC characters

Explanation

I have cross-progression set up between Microsoft Windows, Xbox, and Epic Games. I bought a few DLCs on Microsoft Windows. Whilst my currencies, cosmetics and levels are synced perfectly between platforms, I can't use the DLC Killers and Survivors I bought when I switch to Epic Games apart from what I bought using Auric Cells/Irridescent Shards.
