Additional Notes & Comments:	I haven't been able to reproduce this bug. It happened once and I am now here to submit the report. But the steps I provided is what happened prior to the teleportation. Video Clips confirm.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get downed
2. Get hooked by Pyramid Head--Cage of Atonement
3. Have him get stunned by pallet during the animation
4. Get unhooked by teammates

Explanation

Played against Pyramid Head while in 2v8 PTB (Jan. 12), got hooked by him--He used his cage thing while under a pallet. Teammate stunned him with the pallet albeit too late to actually get the save (Unsure if it's even possible to save from that since it's Pyramid Head's own ability to almost instantly hook). Got unhooked a few seconds later and somehow instantly teleported back under the exact same spot the Pyramid Head was when he sent me to the cage.
