Steps to Reproduce

play 2v8
while reparining generator with medium-high latency
as about the killer takes you from generator
intrerrupt repairing generator
While in between repairing generator and intrerupting animation to run
killer takes you from generator and puts you on that cage state
after being uncaged you can no longer move or do anything except move camera
You have to have repair box
you are bugged while the repair bar is still showing and you cannot see your caracter

Explanation

UI / Control not longer working after being taken from generator in between animation
like
While having high latency , when glitching while walking, go to generator, start to repair with toolbox , and right about when killer comes to pick you up, intrerupt, and if you are between that 2 states and killer picked you up and sends you to cage of coruption
your camera gets glitched out, then if someone unhooks you , you cannot move, or do anything, even if unhooked again
