Slow, clunky, and immobile m2, add-ons that are either functionally broken, or broken to gain an unintentional advantage, poor values leading to many add-ons feeling useless.

| Expected Result: |
Functional add-ons, better punishment speed and cooldown, better add-on values.

| Severity: |
Minor

Always

Steam

I apologize if it's a lot. I live in custom games just testing things constantly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Scarlet Egg - Torment survivor, be within 32 meters of them. Gain pseudo wallhacks.
- Video Tape - Not functional, the speed is the same based on testing
Explanation
This is a myriad of discoveries on The Executioner, spanning from a couple of bugged add-ons, redundant add-ons, and a showcase of how the killer is falling behind in terms of power.
With the closure of the forums soon...this is the best outlet I can use to report the bugs, but also showcase the issues I have found with the killer.
Wax Doll = .5 meters, very lacking.
Video Tape = 10% speed intended, but upon testing does not function this way.
Dead Butterfly = 10% recharge on rites...the difference is 4 seconds from 40 to 36.
Scarlet Egg = Broken, you can see rites auras through walls on survivors, gaining wallhacks.
Burned Man Painting = Isn't bugged*
Upon near-miss you are granted the 6 second aura read....but the range at which this needs to happen is so minute that this add-on may never see real value.
Tissue Box = 10% cooldown....it's roughly 0.250s, granting no real value whatsoever.
Pyramid Head at this time has an attack delay of 0.267s with a travel time of 0.33s per element which equates to 15.15m/s. That makes him have both the longest attack/firing delay and the slowest travelling lethal projectile in the game. Vs capable players, this is heavily telegraphed and very reactible. This should be altered to be potentially 12m, and roughly around the speed (if not better than) Dracula's Hellfire attack.
There is also another QoL tech which allows The Executioner to move upon hugging an object. Ungluing his shoes to the floor upon a Punishment shot feels very smooth, and would be amazing to see come to his standard shots. (See attached second video).
This was discovered pre-rework, but is still consistent.
