Steps to Reproduce

Launching the game
Joining a lobby
'Meltdown' lag and FPS drops proceed to happen every minute
Join a match (and it gets worse)

Explanation

Major lag occurence, FPS drops and in-game ping spike; everytime it occurs it also makes my CPU speed drop very low, however I checked and my hardware is not the issue since it only happens in DBD. I've tried every fix there is, updating drivers, changing initialization, reinstalling EAC, changing graphics and resolution, laptop power mode, etc. Nothing seems to fix it and I can barely walk in game because of the insane lag. It lags for most of the game, but sometimes goes back to normal for like 30 seconds before lagging again. I'm genuinely tired, and idk what to do; I've concluded it must be an issue with the game itself, despite reinstalling not fixing anything.
