Changes between the skins so its not a cosmetic issue that im aware of, feels like a 50/50 chance the power just doesnt give me my info im supposed to get

Steps to Reproduce
- I throw the axe
- Survivors just... dont have killer instinct near doors or in the ash area
- I get the blood point bonus "look at you"
Explanation
Springtrap's security pannel and killer instinct just not working, ive had like 3 games back to back where the power kit killer instinct didnt work, the door's killer instinct didnt work, or the add on not showing the doors numbers while holding the axe
