Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a match as killer
2. Complete the match
3. Observe issue of no match results or ability to leave

Explanation

Unable to leave the match results screen and forced to alt+f4 to close the game. It was a normal match: playing as Executioner, four escapes, and when I get to the match results screen there's no information or buttons shown, only the background and walking animation of the Executioner. Once the timeout occurred after a few minutes, the animation froze and I got no popup on my screen, so my only option was alt+f4 or close the game externally.
