Steps to Reproduce

1. Survivor A and B are on the hook.
2. Survivor X rescues A, takes a basic attack hit, and immediately rescues B. One of the hitbox of either A or X is temporarily removed.
3. Survivor A tries to body-block the killer to help X rescue B. A slightly overlaps with X.
4. The unhook protection of A is canceled without any conspicuous action.
