Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game on PC via Steam with a controller connected.
2. Navigate through the main menu into a match.
3. Observe the controller prompt/icon displayed on screen.
4. Attempt to switch input by moving the mouse or pressing keyboard keys.

Explanation

When launching or playing the game via Steam with a controller connected, the controller HUD/UI icon gets permanently stuck on the screen. The icon persists across the main menu, loading screens, and active gameplay. It fails to disappear even when switching input to keyboard and mouse or when leaving the controller idle. In the attached screenshot, I'm using mouse only, yet the HUD symbol still won't disappear.
