Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a game with at least 3 players.
2. Have one survivor with Sole Survivor.
3. Have one of the other survivors escape through the exit gates, then the other survivor get sacrificed on the hook.
4. Attempt to open up the other gate and see that the opening speed is not increased.

Explanation

Sole Survivor is bugged in the case where a survivor escapes before another survivor dies, and does not increase exit gate opening speed.
