Additional Notes & Comments:	not sure if these steps will reproduce the bug but they are what has reproduced it a few times now

Steps to Reproduce

1. start match
2. play as normal for about 2 minutes
3. teleport as unknown
4. kick a generator
5. start a chase

Explanation

I was playing as killer, at the beginning it was business as normal but then suddenly i lagged for about 2 seconds and when my control returned I was unable to attack, use power, use m2 power. this was on Unknown
