Additional Notes & Comments:	on tricksters illusion and it shows the frame drops from 120 down to 60-90 and up again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open DBD
2. Load into a match
3. Hold W
4. Optional: Look around with mouse

Explanation

Stuttering and lagging since the recent update. Games gives me motion sickness.
Already verified files, de- and reinstalled dbd. changed graphics to low, changed pulling rate of my mouse to 1k instead of 8k (still the same issue). the sudden frame jumps make me dizzy with motion sickness.
