Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a survivor close enough to get the vault prompt.
2. Have the killer walk into the survivor.
3. If they are close enough to the survivor on any side, they won't be able to vault.

Explanation

if a survivor has a vault prompt, the killer is able to block the prompt just by being close enough to the survivor on any side of them even a side that is furthest from the vault
