Steps to Reproduce

1. get a bot
2. bot try to unhook a survivor and fail
3. bot is ashamed

Explanation

During a match against The Cenobite, a player was on a hook and the bot was unable to rescue them. The bot walked in front of the hooked player but never actually attempted the unhook, causing the player to reach the second hook stage until I arrived and rescued them myself.

I'm not sure whether this was caused by a bug or if the bot's behavior was related to having been hit by The Cenobite's chains earlier in the match, potentially preventing it from performing the unhook action. However, it seems likely that this interaction may have caused the issue.
