Steps to Reproduce

1. have huntress**** you with a hatchet as you drop a pallet
2. Try to put Chemtrap on the pallet after the hit and it will not apply
3. Running to another pallet in the same chase will allow the chemtrap to be placed

Explanation

When getting hit with a huntress hatchet as you drop a pallet, chem trap will not be able to be put on that pallet.

In the match I noticed this happen the prompt to put one down did not come up even when the perk was lit up, when I ran to another pallet and dropped it the chem trap was able to be placed with no issue.
