Explanation

I have perfect wifi connection as i can open discord, send messages and even media without issue, but i was just playing dbd and in the first few minutes i hit a couple lag spike, i figured i might have had connection trouble and so i just went on with the game, not even 5 mins later i think connection went blank. everyone was moving but in a straight line and straight into walls, even the killer. i checked to see if i could do the gen and now im locked on the gen making no progress, no skill checks, nothing. this is happening as im making this report and again my personal internet connection is just fine.
