Steps to Reproduce

1. Assume you need to play a game against Vecna.
2. If there are other criteria, you are not aware of them.

Explanation

The First seems to be bugged in that not all survivors start with the hud element showing the tokens. At the beginning of the game, only A2 (Emmcac) had the token display around their survivor portrait. I (Jake) was the survivor who got hit with Vecna's power first, giving me a token. However, it didn't show on my portrait and instead showed on A2's. As the game progressed more of the survivors had the token display appear, but mine never did.
