HUD Not Updating Onryō's View of Survivor Condemned Status

Actual Result:	You cannot see if any survivor gains Condemned after the first stack.
Expected Result:	You can see if any survivor gains Condemned after any stack (like it used to be)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Onryō
2. TP to any tv for the second time.
3. You cannot see if any survivor gains Condemned after the first stack.

Explanation

When a survivor gains Condemned, the HUD doesn't show it to the Onryō like it used to. This is important for the Onryō, because it allows you to track survivors. Without it, you're obligated to use the remote control add-on, which is not as good as this for tracking survivors.
