Steps to Reproduce

1. recreate loadout on mothers dwelling
2. apply hex the third seal to a survivor
3. apply hex the third seal to a second survivor

Explanation

Blinded by my own hex: the third seal while playing killer in chaos shuffle on mothers dwelling. began after hitting sheva with weskers power, and ended after hitting the fourth survivor
