Additional Notes & Comments:	It's not game breaking, but holy <swears> I wish that it would stop. I had to disable the discord overlay because this bug breaks it. Please take a look at what's going on with this, I don't want to literally only press enter and get yeeted into windowed mode -> wrong resolution

Steps to Reproduce

1. alt tab a few times while playing, so other inputs along with the alt tab
2. Press enter to type in end game chat
3. Receive bacon

Explanation

This is a two parter.

A) Alt tab is managing to retain the alt button. I am a player that frequently alt tabs. I have a problem, I know, but sometimes when I alt tab, the alt button is being retained. So say I alt tab, then alt tab back, then try to type in chat, the game sees "alt+enter" then goes to windowed mode.

B) The problem is the game always defaults back to 1600x900. My monitor is 1080p, so when I re-enable fullscreen it swaps my resolution around, jacking up a lot of stuff including my Discord overlay and my saved maximized window sizes across the whole PC.
