Explanation

On the Toba Landing map, a downed survivor became trapped between a hook and a wall, unable to escape. It is unclear whether she ended up there immediately upon going down or if she crawled into the spot. I found her in the downed state and was able to heal her back to her feet, but she remained unable to move from that location. I surmise that the Killer was also unable to pick her up. Since the Killer was Nemesis, she was eventually downed by a zombie and bled out.
