1. Equip Judgment Rare-tier Store cosmetics
2. Observe missing emissive effects

Explanation

The Glow/Emissive VFX on The Judgment's cosmetics aren't appearing. Its Blue/Rare-tier cosmetics used to glow with emissive textures, and now they do not. This is recurring for every Judgment Rare-tier cosmetic.
