Additional Notes & Comments:	I have encountered this issue previous patches going back to before the Judgement was released.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a power from Pyramid head or Lich (possibly any killer with a held power)
2. Use power
3. Get twisted backwards

Explanation

Killer randomly does a snap turn when using power. I have only personally seen it with Pyramid head and The Lich so far so might be related to channel/held powers
