Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure, it happened right at the beginning of the game whenever I loaded in
unless something happens in the lobby to cause it I believe it's random
It was also in the Haunted by Daylight event so that could be contributing to it

Explanation

I'm pretty sure that it's giving me a third person pov (similar to a survivor) at the beginning of the game or offsetting the camera so that it's behind the killer model. You can also see through walls and floors with it when I messed around with it.
