Explanation

Permanent exhausted bug. I vault once with lithe, which makes me exhausted and then I just remain exhausted for the rest of that entire game. Each time I vaulted again lithe didn't activate and the exhaustion timer remained as it is in the screenshot for the entirety of the match, meaning no exhaustion perks activated.
