Steps to Reproduce

1. I am unable to reperform this bug because of the removal of everything in my inbox

Explanation

i tried to claim my daylies to get my shards and blood points but upon trying to claim it it gave me an error message saying that an unknown message had occurred and to contact support then after looking at my messages and inbox this error message appeared that is in the screenshot
