Might have something to do with the blighted serum addon, might be only in the event mode.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play a killer with the "celestial witness" perk
- Kill one survivor
- Wait for the perk to go of cooldown
Explanation
There seems to be an issue with The Judgement's perk "Celestial witness" which makes it so that there is no obssesion.
