I tried to reproduce this but could not so its most likely quite rare to happen but decided to report it anyway. Accidentally uploaded the log file twice it happens in the last public server match in the log file quite in the end of the match. There is also me trying to reproduce the bug in customs without succeeding in it after that match.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the game
- Play Krasue
- Chase survivor and change to head form
- Observe if you are lucky that your head and body are on different spots
Explanation
Krasue's body and head got separated when turning into head form. I was chasing a survivor and changed forms and some reason the body spawned behind the head and not under it. You could attack and I did down the survivor while this glitch happened. The head is where killer is standing so the body is just some reason behind the head and not under it.
