Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the purple Campbell's Last Breath Add-on on Nurse
2. Go into a match and fully charge a blink
3. release that blink
4. observe whether you get the second blink or if it doesn't activate
5. repeat steps 3 and 4 until you get the failed second blink (it shouldn't take long)

Explanation

Nurse's Campbell's Last Breath Add-on fails to start second blink when fully charged.

When fully charging a blink and releasing it the add-on is supposed to immediately start a second fully charged blink after you have landed the first one. Instead very often currently it simply doesn't and it is as if you never had the add-on at all.

The first fully-charged blink happens and then nothing else, you can either do a regular short second blink or fatigue.
Sometimes the add-on works as intended but too often it simply doesn't activate.

This is a major issue as not getting a second fully charged blink when you want to have it can be extremely detrimental to your performance in a match. It is also extremely frustrating as its just another layer of buggy inconsistency on Nurse.

I don't know how log files work but if you can look at a Nostromo Wreckage match I played as Nurse a bit before the writing of this bug report you will see MANY instances of the add-on not functioning. In that match it felt like it didn't work more times than it did.

Thank you in advance, hopefully this gets fixed quickly as it is an extremely frustrating bug that you seemingly have no way of controlling or avoiding other than not using one of Nurse's most fun add-ons.
