| Additional Notes & Comments: |
I was testing another reported bug on Nurse and noticed this. By the description it should not matter if you had all your blink charges it should only matter that you have no blinks left to be able to go back to the spot where you were when you started the blinks that caused to you to go to zero charges. There is three videos I added to showcase with different add-ons that change the ammout of blinks you have and how the power behaves to demostrate the problem as if you use the Matchbox to get only one you can always use it after using the one blink but if you have more you can't if you go zero by using one blink or two if you use the add-on that increases the blinks to three. First video shows normal without another add-on, second with Matchbox and third with Torn Bookmark. First log is me testing the first two videos in the end of that log file and the second log file is me doing the third video

Steps to Reproduce
- Play Nurse
- Equip Jenner's Last Breath add-on
- Use one of your blinks
- Use the other blink right after you come out of fatigue
- Observe that you can't use the button to return to the spot you blinked from even if you have zero charges
Explanation
Jenner's Last Breath says that you can blink back to the spot you blinked from if you exhausted all your blinks. This works when using all of your blinks in one go but if you happen to use it while your power is charging the second or third blink you can't use it to go back to the spot you blinked from. So either this is bug on how the add-on works or the description needs to specify that you have to use all your blinks in one go.
