Steps to Reproduce
- Bloodwarden activates
- Simultaneously a slugged survivor attempts to leave
- killer picks up slugged survivor
- killer hooks said survivor
Explanation
I believe killer (Jason) had bloodwarden. Hooked a survivor right as one was about to escape and survivor attempting to escape was caught in some sort of limbo between exiting and not exiting. Icon initially appeared as they escaped but then was able to be picked up by Jason and hooked.
When getting to their hook the survivor was invisible and in the struggle phase. but their icon showed that they were being carried. I ‘unhooked’ them but it appears this did nothing and they were not actually hooked or on the hook.
I don’t know for sure how much was visible bug vs. gameplay but it did allow killer to mori final survivor and no one escaped and he did not need to down the invisible survivor I unhooked. Appeared that this survivor was no longer in the trial
