Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Legion
2. Equip Hex: The Third Seal
3. During the match, hit a Survivor in Frenzy

Explanation

Hex: The Third Seal is not applied onto Survivors when using Legion's Feral Frenzy.

Hex: The Third Seal activates anytime you damage a Survivor, regardless of the attack-type. Feral Slashes used to apply Blindness via this perk, however now it no longer does so.

Even Legion's lethal 5th hit in Frenzy does not trigger the perk.
