Steps to Reproduce

I don't exactly know how to.
It happened when I got on a gen.
I've never had something like that happen to me before.
I loaded into my next match and it was fine.

Explanation

I entered a match like normal. When I got on a gen, it wouldn't let me get off of the gen and the gen wasnt gaining any progress. The killer grabbed me off of the gen and hooked me. The other survivors couldn't grab me off the hook. It said I didn't have any hook stages. When I reached second stage, it still had the first stage animation and I didn't get any skill checks. When I was supposed to die on hook, it kept me in the match and hooked. I had to DC from the match because it wouldn't let me leave any other way.
