Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the comm wheel
2. Look around
3. Check if one of the effects needs to be applied

Explanation

I haven't been able to test specifically, but it seems while being healed the camera doesn't lock using the comm wheel, after this point it appeared to work fine, it could have something to do with one of the effects. This was done on PlayStation with a controller.
